Best to stay in the moment and focus on the next right thing. It helps to take action to improve my overall perspective, whether I feel like it or not, because I can get stuck in a rut.
When I acknowledge the truth: my crazy life is amazing and wonderful, I am good. Time to crank up the music and sing out loud, laugh with a friend, take my puppy for a walk, flip through recipes & cook for my family, connect with someone new…anything to take the focus off ME and get in the mix!
