A decade with The Landon Team brought sweet successes and hard-won lessons, that shaped our path. From the beginning, in 2013, we always intended to work together. We had a blast doing just that, 2017-2020. Randy continued on with our past team, when I took a break. And NOW, here we are, together again... new team, old friends and a different perspective. We have partnered with an old friend and colleague, Brendan Burns, in returning to our past brokerage, Colorado Home Realty. 

We are reframing how we do Real Estate:
  • Shifting our attention to a referral-based model, with high emphasis on building community and client relationships.
  • Continuing a personal, focused & tailored approach + elevated customer experience, here in Colorado.
  • Covering more ground, geographically, with a biz partner, who has worked extensively in CO Springs, as well as Denver Metro + adding his expertise in Commercial RE.
  • Expanding our services in real estate investment, to provide elite connections + education, here and across the nation.
  • Extending our reach with referral partners and trusted colleagues, across the state and Nation.
  • Creating events and opportunities that support our clients with introductions & networking.​

We spend a lot of time in Florida, and have a medium-term rental there. St Pete is our beach escape. Our beautiful home in Parker, Colorado, allows us plenty of exploring + hiking time. Colorado is where we raised our family! Our big dream + life goals are to build an investment portfolio, starting with our two favorite places... and, see where that takes us.

Our great desire is to help others see where RE investment could take their big dreams!
