"A Day in the Life of a Real Network Marketer"

After so many years in network marketing, I still wonder, do I have what it takes? I worry sometimes, that I do not have all of the answers!

I do know that I have to show up and work! I know to “stay the course,” which simply requires staying in the moment. I have to be present and accessible. It is so important to focus on what I can do for others and I am certain that I have the power to positively impact others.

I guess the truth is, I don’t need to have all of the answers. I have so many beautiful teachers in my life and we are ALL in this together. The amazing people around me encourage, motivate, and inspire me...and, today, that is enough. Who are the teachers and mentors in your life?

I definitely have some phenomenal women in my life who teach, inspire and encourage me daily. I am blessed to have the mom that I do, she is strong, brave and is an amazing leader in the corporate world. Ms. Cathi Almquist, has shown me how putting myself first is necessary to carry out God's divine plan for me. She has encouraged me to use my voice not to be just HEARD, but to empower and lift others to the fullest! All while keeping the volume down and be the "calm, cool, cat" that I was meant to be. People follow people because of HOW we make them FEEL, not because they want to be dictated or told what to do by a loud mouth crazy person.....:) Soul sista's fo life!
I am also encouraged and inspired by Joyce Meyer. Her weekly teachings, help me to stay focused on WHO and WHAT really matters, which is being a woman of God and keeping my eyes on the plan HE has for ME.

Actually, the people that have wounded me have been my greatest teachers. Those that love and accept me influence and mentor my life on a daily basis. I am grateful for both. To all of the questions of my life I continue to lean into the same answer "God is enough." I sometimes "feel" that He isn't - but He insists that He is - and He has proven Himself right even in dark moments of despair - no, especially in those moments. And, dear daughter, you have taught and mentored me more than you can ever know by being my confidante, my friend, my counsel, my encourager. I watch your life and I know - beyond doubt - I have done something so right that it overflows in my soul. You have always been a light in my life. Teachers, mentors, friends, family - it is the light that draws me the most.

I also, have had many mentors. I agree that I've often learned very valuable lessons by watching what NOT to do. However, I must credit my father for one of the lessons I value most. When I was 12, I wanted to go to the Olympics that were coming in 4 years. His response was "Great idea! What's your plan?" I knew he believed I could do anything if I was willing to plan and do the work. Thanks, Dad!
